Mandatory Forms

CLICK HERE to download your camp packet for the 2012 Bauerle Bulldog Swimming Camps.  This packet includes emergency medical forms, an insurance form, a required equipment list and directions to the campus.  Please fill out all forms on the checklist and return them as soon as possible.  Also included is a private lesson form.  These lessons must be paid for separately and are assigned on a first come-first serve basis.  These lessons will fill up fast.
